LET OFF SECTION : Suitable for roll
Wound Fabric or Spool Wound Fabric. Mounted
on a fabricated rigid steel structure with
45x45 mm Sq. Shafts for mounting "to be
processed rolls," Each let off is fitted on
a moveable rail which is controlled by a
suitable electro-electro centering device.

ACCUMULATOR : This is used to keep
the machine running while roll changes are
made at the let off section. An adjustable
air pressure controller tension between
between the accumulator and slitter.

SLITTER : This section consist of
adjustable width blades as per design
requirement. The pressure of the slitting
blade is adjustable to suit the type of
fabric. Prior to slitting, an
electro-electro centering device ensures
perfect centering of the fabric. This ensure
the slit strip width within a tolerance of
+/- 1mm. Depending upon the product
requirement, blades can be fitted for a
variable width from 8 mm to 15 mm.

WINDERS : Number of stations-6. Can
also be designed for 4, 8 or as per customer
requirements The windings tension of the
product is independently controlled by a a
PLC and variable frequency drives.

CONTROL SYSTEM (optional) : The
entire equipment is controlled by a PLC.
Each drive is fitted with geared motors and
powered by variable frequency ( variable
speed) AC drive. A feedback control system
ensures the tension of each winder station
precisely controlled. An operator friendly
Maan-Machine interface ( Display system ) is
fitted on the operator panel. Adequate no.
