This  machine is designed for the industrial production of embossed film for Hologram, using polyester stamping foil of various thickness from 24 micron upwards.

Due to the highly automated nature of this new equipment, the end-user can plan and control all the variables of the embossing process such as temperature ,pressure, tension and speed from a single control panel. Important feature ensures that optimum results are obtained with every type of base material with minimum (max 3 %).The life of the "shims" is also extended. The equipment utilizes coil heating system through constant and uniform temperature level  along the surface of the embossing roller. This even temperature guarantees uniform quality of embossing of images or patterns throughout the production run at a comparative speed and high speed.
