This machine is designed on the principle of modular construction suitable for extension with coating machine.

The machine is an efficient converter, which handle web material or substrates like BOPP, POLYESTER, PAPER, CELLPHONE, PVC, ALUMINIUM, FOIL and other allied materials from 10 microns to 120 micron thickness .The frame is made on heavy duty MS body to avoid the vibration.
 
The Coating and Lamination Line consists of a surface Coating Unit, Drying Chamber, Lamination Winding Unit and Centralized Control Panel with heavy Duty Base and  Dampers to ensure vibration free operations with superior quality of finish.
